Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime from your customer portal with no penalty — cancellation stops future billing, and your listing stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. Annual plans run through the end of the paid year. Own Your Category terms are set with our team.
Every listing gets a monthly performance report by email — views, calls, direction requests, and website clicks. Paid listings above Basic (Stand Out, Maximum Exposure, Peak Season Coverage, and Own Your Category) include the deep analytics dashboard: real-time views, tap-to-call, direction requests, website clicks, and week-over-week trends, plus weekly digest emails.
For a limited time, founding businesses pay the next tier down's price: Stand Out bills at the Basic Listing rate ($19/month or $190/year) and Maximum Exposure at the Stand Out rate ($49/month or $490/year). Basic Listing, Peak Season Coverage, and Own Your Category are always full price. Join before the promotion ends and you keep your founding rate for the life of your subscription, even after prices go up. The exact price is shown when you choose your package at sign-up.
Events appear in the app's Events tab and calendar. Posting events is free. Paid plans can post as many as they like; a free listing can have 2 active or upcoming events at a time. Each event is reviewed before it goes live, and on Maximum Exposure and up our team can feature your events.
With the Exclusive package, no competitor ads will appear in your category. If you're a marina with Exclusive, other marinas won't get banner ads in the Marinas section.
Peak Season Coverage is for businesses that mainly operate May through September — boat rentals, seasonal vendors, fishing guides. Pay $179 once for Maximum Exposure-level coverage for the season: priority placement, up to 20 photos, the deep analytics dashboard, a category banner ad, the Sponsored badge and Top Picks. It's a one-time payment that doesn't renew; your listing comes down after the season ends.
